André Blaine's Talent, innovative techniques, and vision have taken him to the forefront of the rug making world. The development of each of André's custom creations commences with a client interview during which he gathers the information needed to formulate his concept. Colors, subject matter, design materials, structural requirements and dimensions are all discussed in detail before a rough drawing is made. Every André Blaine carpet application bears the artist's signature, ensuring its authenticity, quality and creativity.

Editor, Decor and Style André's far-reaching influence is evidenced by hundreds of students he has taught and mentored. His students travel from a s far away as Europe, Asia, Australia, South America and throughout North America to learn from the Grand Master.
As Instructor for the National Decorative Rug Training Center in Minneapolis, Minnesota and teaching personal classes in his Southern California studio, André is regarded as the modern day guru of inlaid rugs and tapestries and paragon of the art of rugmaking.
